3. Order Processing Time

After an order has been confirmed, we generally require approximately 1–3 business days to process the order and prepare it for shipment.

Orders are normally processed on:

Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time may occasionally be extended due to circumstances such as:

• public holidays;

• promotional periods;

• unusually high order volumes;

• inventory adjustments;

• warehouse operations;

• technical issues;

• unexpected logistics disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to prepare orders for shipment as efficiently as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been shipped, standard transportation time is generally estimated as follows:

Where applicable law provides a mandatory delivery period or other rights concerning delayed delivery, those legal requirements will continue to apply.
